YOU'VE PROBABLY TRIED TO CUT BACK ON DRINKING MORE THAN YOU CARE TO ADMIT

Our culture tells us that alcohol will solve all of our problems. It will alleviate our stress, help us feel happier, and build our confidence. But ask yourself if that's really your experience with alcohol? It certainly wasn't mine, but I had to take a break from the booze in order to see how much different life could be. You don't have to quit forever or even know what's next after the 14-days. You just have to make the commitment to run your own little experiment for the next 2 weeks.

Many people are choosing a life with less alcohol. I can tell you from personal experience that all of my fears about quitting or cutting back my alcohol use didn't come true. In fact, most of my fears were just that. Fears. They didn't come true and most of the time I was pleasantly surprised with the actual outcome.

There are very few things that I can say I know for certain. One of the things I do know is that I've never regretted NOT having a hangover.
